Teddie

Thank you to everyone who donated for Teddie's surgery.  We met our goal to fund the surgery!  Here is an update - from Teddie.  Hello, my name is Teddie (a.k.a Meer-Pup) because I tend to stand on my back legs like a Meer Cat.  I have had a pretty rough start, but I am starting to feel better thanks to all of my friends at Ingham County Animal Shelter, Pennsylvania Veterinary Care, and those of you who donated to my surgery.  After the surgery I ended up with a slight infection which meant more medications and what seemed like many weeks of bandage changes; which I really did not want to cooperate with.  But, now my spirits are up and I am on the road to recovery.  According to my foster family I am supposedly starting to get my "puppy" tendencies back.  I'm not quite sure what they mean, I think it has something to do with me trying to play with the cats, or maybe that I can't keep my nose out of the cat food, I don't know.  Anyway, again thanks for all the support and help everyone has given me.  You have definitely given me a second chance at life!
